Green FireFly LLc / Zening Wholistic. (“Zening,” “we,” “us” “our” “The Service”) provides massage therapy and other wellness services and products to customers who may visit our place(s) of business or make purchases or connect with our business online.  
This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use and share personal information in connection with our website(s) (collectively, when applicable the “Site”), mobile applications (collectively when applicable, the “App”), and other onlinel platforms that link to this Privacy Policy (together with the Site and App, the “Service”); our marketing communications; and in offline settings where we post this Privacy Policy.

Personal information we collect
What Information Do We Collect?

We may collect personal information about you, information that can uniquely identify you, from various sources, such as:
  • Directly from you when you use the Services, when you register for an account, when access certain features or content, or order products or services; and From our subsidiaries, affiliates, service providers, business partners, and other third parties.

Proof of training and state licensing/registration credentials; and
    • Payment and financial details, such as payment card number, expiration date, authentication code, billing address, and bank account number; insurance information), and information about payments to and from you and other details of products or services you have purchased from us.

  • When you use the Services, we may also collect certain information by automated means, such as cookies. A “cookie” is a text file that websites send to a visitor’s computer or other Internet-connected device to uniquely identify the visitor’s browser or to store information or settings in the browser.   •  As a matter of policy, we do not schedule a massage for someone or place their contact information in our database unless you have their permission to do so.
  • Communications that we exchange, including when you contact us with questions, feedback, or otherwise.
  • Marketing data, such as your preferences for receiving communications about our products, activities, events, and publications, and details about how you engage with our communications.
  • Other information that we may collect which is not specifically listed here, which we will use as described in this Privacy Policy or as otherwise disclosed at the time of collection.

Data from other sources. We obtain personal information from other sources, such as:
  • Users, including massage therapist providers or customers, who can provide ratings and feedback on their massage experiences through the Services.
  • Screening providers, such as providers of background check, credit check, or other screening services.
  • Data providers, such as information services and data licensors that provide demographic and other information
  • Public sources, such as social media platforms.

Automatic data collection. We, our service providers, and our business partners may automatically log information about you, your computer or mobile device, and your activity over time on our sites and other sites and online services, such as:
  • Device data, such as your computer or mobile device operating system type and version number, manufacturer and model, browser type, screen resolution, IP address, IP address, unique identifiers, the website you visited before browsing to our website, and general location information such as city, state or geographic area.
  • Online activity data, such as pages or screens you viewed, how long you spent on a page or screen, navigation paths between pages or screens, information about your activity on a page or screen, access times, and duration of access.
  • Precise geolocation data, such as when you authorize our mobile application to access your location.
  • Web beacons, also known as pixel tags or clear GIFs, which are typically used to demonstrate that a webpage or email was accessed or opened, or that certain content was viewed or clicked, typically to compile statistics about usage of websites and the success of marketing campaigns.
How we use your personal information
We also may use the information we obtain about you in other ways for which we provide specific notice at the time of collection.
Service Delivery. We use your personal information to:
  • Process orders you place and complete other transactions you have requested using the Services, and provide you with products and services you request;
  • Send you information or materials you request;
  • Maintain a record of your purchases and other transactions using the Services;

Research and development. We may use your personal information for research and development purposes, including to analyze and improve the Service and our business. As part of these activities,
We may disclose aggregated information about our members, and information that does not identify any individual member, without restriction. We may disclose personal information about you:
  • To contractors, service providers, and other third parties we use to support our business and who are bound by contractual obligations to keep personal information confidential and use it only for the purposes for which we disclose it to them;
  • To comply with any court order, law, or legal process, including to respond to any government or regulatory request;
  • To enforce or apply our Terms of Use and other agreements;
  • If we believe disclosure is necessary or appropriate to protect the rights, property, or safety of Zening, our members, or others; and With your consent.
We also reserve the right to transfer your personal information to a buyer or other transferee in the event of a merger, divestiture, restructuring, reorganization, dissolution, sale, or other transfer of some or all of our assets.  Should such a sale, merger, or transfer occur, we will use reasonable efforts to direct the transferee to use your personal information in a manner that is consistent with our Privacy Policy. 

Marketing and advertising. We and our third party advertising partners may collect and use your personal information for marketing and advertising purposes:
  • Direct Marketing. We may send you our or other direct marketing communications as permitted by law, including by email and mail. You may opt-out of our marketing communications as described in the Opt-out of marketing section below.
  • Interest-based advertising. We may contract with third-party advertising companies and social media companies to display ads on our Service and other sites. How We Respond to Do Not Track Signals
Your web browser may let you choose your preference as to whether you want to allow the collection of information about your online activities over time and across different websites or online services. At this time, the Services do not respond to the preferences you may have set in your web browser regarding such collection of your information, and the Services may continue to collect information in the manner described in this Privacy Policy.
How we share your personal information
We may share your personal information with the following parties and as otherwise described in this Privacy Policy or at the time of collection:

Affiliates. Our corporate parent, subsidiaries, and affiliates as applicable, for purposes consistent with this Privacy Policy.

Service providers. Companies and individuals that provide services on our behalf or help us operate the Service or our business (such as IT, hosting, customer relationship management and support, print and mail fulfillment, data management, email delivery, marketing, website analytics, and providers of background, credit, and other screening services).

Advertising partners. Third party advertising companies that collect information about your activity on the Site and other online services to help us advertise our services, and/or use hashed customer lists that we share with them to deliver ads to them and similar users on their platforms.
Professional advisors.

Professional advisors, such as lawyers, auditors and insurers, where necessary in the course of the professional services that they render to us.

Authorities and others. Law enforcement, government authorities, and private parties, as we believe in good faith to be necessary or appropriate for the compliance and operations purposes described above.

Bear in mind that whenever you voluntarily make your personal information available for viewing by third parties on our Service, that information can be seen, collected and used by others besides us. We cannot be responsible for any unauthorized third-party use of such information.

How Secure is the Visitor Information?
To safeguard your personal information when engaging in monetary transactions, we use Transport Layer Security (TLS) software, which encrypts information you input. This is designated in your browser address field by "https" and a padlock icon at the bottom right of each page. We have implemented measures intended to protect your personal information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration and disclosure. Please note that the electronic transmission of information is not completely secure. We cannot guarantee that the security measures we have in place to safeguard personal information will never be defeated or fail, or that such measures will always be sufficient or effective. Any transmission of personal information is at your own risk.

Accessing and Changing your Information
You can review and change the personal information associated with your account by logging into your account and visiting your account profile page. You may also send us an email at zening05@gmail.com to request access to, correct, or delete any personal information that you have provided to us. We may not accommodate a request to change information if we believe the change would violate any law or legal requirement or cause the information to be incorrect.

Cookies
Most browsers will tell you how to stop accepting new cookies, how to be notified when you receive a new cookie, and how to disable existing cookies. Please note, however, that without cookies you may not be able to take full advantage of all of the features of the Services.

 Promotional Communications
If you do not want us to use your contact information to promote our own products or services, you can opt out by logging into your account and adjusting your member preferences in your account profile or by sending us an email stating your request to zeningcustomercare@gmail.com. If you have received a promotional email from us, you can also opt out of receiving future promotional emails from us by following the unsubscribe instructions contained in such emails.

Web Analytics
You may opt out of the aggregation and analysis of data collected about you on the Services by Google Analytics by installing the Google browser add-on, available at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

Children Under Age 13
The Services are not directed to, and Zening does not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from, children under the age of 13. If we learn we have collected or received personal information from a child under the age of 13, we will delete that information. Changes to Our Privacy Policy
Green FireFly/Zening Wholistic reserves the right to update or change this Privacy Policy at any time. If we make a material change to our Privacy Policy, we will provide notice to you (by email and/or posting on the Services) that our privacy practices have changed and will provide a link to the new policy. In the event we make a material change to how we use your personal information, we will provide you with an opportunity to opt out of such new or different use. The date this Privacy Policy was last modified is at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically to check for any updates or changes.

Data Transfers
Green FireFly / Zening is based in the State of New Jersey in the United States. When we obtain information about you, we may transfer, process, and store such information outside of the country in which you reside, including in the United States. By using the Services, you consent to the transfer to and processing and storage of your information in countries outside of your country of residence, which may have different data protection laws than those in the country where you reside.

Privacy settings and location data. Users of our App can disable our access to their device’s precise geolocation in their mobile device settings.
  • Access. You can request a copy of the Personal Information that we have collected about you during the past 12 months.
  • Deletion. You can ask us to delete the Personal Information that we have collected from you.
  • Nondiscrimination. You are entitled to exercise the rights described above free from discrimination in the form of legally prohibited increases in the price or decreases in the quality of our Service.
We do not sell your personal information
Based on our understanding of the term “sell” under the CCPA, we do not “sell” your Personal Information and have not sold it to third parties for a business or commercial purpose in the 12 months preceding the effective date of this Privacy Policy. However, like many companies online, we may use services provided by Google, Facebook and others that help deliver interest-based ads to you.
